If you are joining Nassau NYSCAME for the first time, click here and create a website account. Wait for your account to be automatically activated and then return to the registration page found under Members within the main menu in order to complete your registration.
After logging into the website, you will have access to download the [php snippet=2]-[php snippet=1] Nassau NYSCAME Membership Invoice and the [php snippet=2]-[php snippet=1] W-9 Form.
Mail the completed invoice to William Fortgang, Executive Administrator at the address listed at the bottom of the invoice.
